Terms of Use for Moto Aggregate & Shred Hub

This policy applies to: Moto Aggregate and Shred Hub mobile applications, developed by SnK Industries LLC.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Moto Aggregate or Shred Hub ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Moto Aggregate and Shred Hub are news aggregation applications that provide access to action sports content (motocross, supercross, MTB, BMX, and downhill) from various publicly available sources including:

• RSS feeds from news websites
• YouTube videos via YouTube's official API
• Podcast feeds via RSS

The App aggregates and displays content from third-party sources. We do not own, host, or control the content provided by these sources.

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Free Tier

The free version allows full access to:

• All news feeds
• All YouTube channels
• All podcast sources
• Push notifications

Free users will encounter a paywall after a usage threshold is reached.

3.2 Premium Subscription

Premium Monthly: $4.99/month

Premium Yearly: $49.99/year (save $10)

Premium features include:

• 7-day free trial for new subscribers
• Unlimited news feeds
• Unlimited YouTube channels
• Unlimited podcast sources
• Unlimited push notifications
• Custom feed management
• Ad-free experience

3.3 Free Trial

• New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial
• After the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the selected price
• You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid charges
• You must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged
• Free trials are limited to one per user

3.4 Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your iOS Settings → Subscriptions

3.5 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through iOS Settings → Subscriptions
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You will retain premium access until the end of the paid period
• No partial refunds for unused portions of the subscription period

3.6 Refunds

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Third-Party Content

All content displayed in the App is sourced from publicly available third-party sources:

• News Articles: We aggregate RSS feeds from public news websites. All content remains the property of the original publishers.
• YouTube Videos: We use YouTube's official Data API v3 to display publicly available videos. All videos remain the property of their respective creators and are subject to YouTube's Terms of Service.
• Podcasts: We aggregate publicly available podcast RSS feeds. All podcast content remains the property of the original creators.

4.2 Fair Use and Aggregation

The App operates as a content aggregator providing:

• Links to original content sources
• Preview information (titles, descriptions, thumbnails) as provided by the source APIs and RSS feeds
• Attribution to original content creators
• Direct links to view content on the original platform

We do not copy, modify, or redistribute full content. All content viewing occurs either:

• Through embedded YouTube player (official YouTube API)
• Through in-app browser linking to original source
• Through integrated podcast player using public RSS feeds

4.3 Copyright Compliance

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your content has been improperly included in the App:

• Contact us at info@snkindustries.com
• Provide details of the content and copyright ownership
• We will investigate and remove content if appropriate

4.4 App Content Ownership

The App's software, design, and user interface are owned by SnK Industries and protected by copyright. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements
• Interfere with the App's operation or security
• Use automated systems to access the App (bots, scrapers, etc.)
• Share your subscription with others

6. Privacy and Data

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect minimal data:

• No personal information is collected without your consent
• We do NOT track you for advertising purposes
• We do NOT sell your data
• Crash reports are anonymous and used only for bug fixes
• Subscription management is handled securely through Apple and RevenueCat

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with:

• YouTube: Subject to YouTube's Terms of Service
• RSS Feed Providers: Subject to each provider's terms
• Apple App Store: Subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions
• RevenueCat: For subscription management

8. Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not responsible for third-party content accuracy or availability
• Content sources may change or become unavailable without notice
• We do not endorse or verify third-party content

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription
• We are not responsible for third-party content or services

10. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features without notice
• Change subscription pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
• Update these Terms of Use at any time
• Add or remove content sources

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you:

• Violate these Terms of Use
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the service

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with US law.
